Repeated abuse will result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed on the abe365 platform are subject to acceptance by abe365. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a bet is placed after an event has concluded; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; or we have reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, fraud, or irregular betting patterns.
abe365 is not bound to honour bets placed at odds or on terms that resulted from a technical error, data feed failure, or operator mistake. In such circumstances, abe365 will void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the player's account balance. Upon closure for breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by abe365 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
